Joseph “Joe” Walsh is the Chief Delivery Officer for Montera Infrastructure, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.

Joe previously led Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Global Data Center Design & Engineering, overseeing leased facility due diligence and designs for leased, hyperscale, and high-density liquid-cooled facilities. He also held delivery and project controls leadership positions at Equinix, Meta, and Digital Realty.

Born and raised in Palo Alto, Joe currently lives in Lafayette, California. He is proud of his Irish origins and holds dual US-Irish citizenship. Beyond his professional life, Joe enjoys staying active through water polo, swimming, home renovations, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Following his daughter’s involvement, Joe finds great reward in his volunteer leadership position with Special Olympics swimming.
